With a PhD in engineering, David Swan has been involved in the electric vehicle industry for 15 years. He is President and Co-Founder of EnergyCSTM, a company that provides consulting and prototyping services for battery and fuel cell energy systems.
David has personally owned and driven EV's for the past 13 years! David's history in EV racing includes winning the APS 500 three times, with several wins in the famed Tour del Sol.
