Aerodynamics Consultant

Chuck Hallum has worked for Ford Aerospace, Lockheed-Martin and Loral, specializing in internal aerodynamics and solid propulsion control systems. Mr. Hallum also holds 12 patents and was Orange County's 1989 Engineer of the Year.

  • INDY cars - In the early 80's, Mr. Hallum designed the undercar venturi for Interscope Racing with Danny Ongias driving.

  • NASCAR - Mr. Hallum designed restrictor plate intake manifolds for Hendrick Motor Sports in 1989 and 1990.

  • NHRA - Mr. Hallum has done aerodynamic, clutch instrumentation and tire consulting for many top drivers/crew chiefs.

As a specialist with Dempsey's World Record Associates and Dempsey-Vesco Racing, Mr. Hallum's consulting will assure the necessary aerodynamic down force to keep White Lightning and Turbinator on the ground at top speed.  He also provides analysis assistance for White Lightning's electric power system and for the internal air flow of Turbinator's turbine engine
