A veritable "Jack of All trades", Fowlie has vast mechanical knowledge as well as expertise in electric high-cycle motors. He also maintained one of Central Coast's largest recycling plants, where he utilized and polished his skills in electrical and hydraulic engineering.
On the racing front, Gus is both an avid fan and participant. In addition to taking part in the Frontier 500 and the Parker 400, he also races off-road in Baja, California, where he's walked away with one 1st place and two 3rd place prizes to date.
